knyaz Posted December 30, 2009 Author Share Posted December 30, 2009 Chest reg bench dumbells 40s x 10 50s x 10 75s x 8 in rack a few " from chest start position worked upto 225 x 1 pushups , around 300 total Blobs, negatives with the BLOB50 and a few attempts wide pullups x 8, 9, 10 Deadlift , worked upto 335 from below knee in the rack, just did singles here started at 185 and kept adding weight, tried to get 385 lbs but was too tired by that point run/walk 6 miles total!
