worked upto 225 x 1

pushups , around 300 total

Blobs, negatives with the BLOB50 and a few attempts

wide pullups x 8, 9, 10

Deadlift , worked upto 335 from below knee in the rack, just did singles here started at 185 and kept adding weight,

tried to get 385 lbs but was too tired by that point

run/walk 6 miles total!

indian club work, felt great... was doing shoulder rotation stuff with these!

hit the grippers today, came fairly close to a #3 rated #147 chocked at 30 mm

also getting very close righty on the Narrow Rb260 gripper.

53lbs shouldering KB hold x 10 min

pushups about 200

and did chest crushes with my easy spring

Nice workout ! Pullups are great to releive the pressure in the lower back after deadlifts.

thanks, yeah they definately are! I always try to do them after deadlift , one handed deadlifts, thickbar, etc

Ran 7.8 miles outside yesterday, than loaded the INCH trainer pulled 114 lbs both hands but was too tired to try anything heavier after that, will load it up some more today and see how it goes.

and was stopped at 130

did some BLOBS today as well

just negatives with the # 50 and about 5 singles R and L with the 42.5

time to start filling it upto 140 lbs
