last workout was lots of Negs with the Blob 50 and singles with the slick 42.5

pulled the 50 a few inches, writing this from Jacksonville, Florida deliverd a car here to some car show at the Carlton Ritz, I gotta say that plays is much nicer than the one im staying at,

cant wait to get back and hit the weights again back home

Wed

Run 3 miles in 25 min, then a bit of walking mixed with runnning, total of 6 miles

BLOBS

cleaned a 37.5 blob left hand, got it right hand but then it slipped out

blob 42.5 about 10 singles here

BLOB 50 5 attempts getting a few inches on each one and 3 negatives

also a Russian friend of mine told me about this Kettlebell movement where you hold the handle bottoms up

and do a cross with it , for example slowly move it up to your head then lower it to chest level then to the right shoulder and back to the left shoulder,

great exercise for sure, I trained with a 15 lbs Kb and yesterday did 35lbs for a double both hands,

he said some old guy in his town could handle a 70 lb Kettlebell in this manner and his upper body was so big he didnt fit into regular shirts, my goal is 53 lbs KB x 1 for now

today BLOB wokrout!!!

warmup with the 37.5 x 3

then cleaned it both hands

42.5 r x 2 singles l x 2 singles

BLOB 50

R x ", 0, 0, 0 Negative and another negative did the same thing with the left hand

than I LIFT THE BLOB for the first time ever, after that my second lift I got on camera!!!

Finally THE BLOB got lifted, 03/25/2010

finally found a good solid 45 lbs olympic bar and a used bicep curl bar with around 300 lbs of weights to add to my collection with a strong Bench setup so I can actually bench wide at home, all for 75 bucks, you really cant beat that kind of price,

played basketball for cardio today havent done that in a long long time,

wide pullups x 5 about 50 total

pushups 100 total

and hit a Biceps workout as well today, will try to see if I can get 5 tens , atleast some air this week

did gripper work last nite

a few closes with the 2.5 Right hand, left was about 1/2 inch away from getting it

negatives with the # 3 chocked @ 30mm , came close without using any chalk in this workout

a few attempts on the rb 260 Narrow each hand

some light Kb biceps curls and presses with a 15 pounder and swings as well to get the blood flowing

did some clubbell work as well, just regular shoulder rotation stuff with a 5 lb clubbell

farmers walks with 75s till failure

also did thick bar full lift with the 133 lbs INCH trainer

pullups 12, 9, 8, 5, 5, 5, and clubbell work as well

tuesday run 7 miles, not easy..

afterwards grippers 10 attempts on the 2.5 after some warmup on the fbbc x2

pullups x 10,9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 5,

biceps and back as well

also was pretty happy theres a photo of me doing partials Heavy squats on the Dinosaur Files! magazine thought that was pretty cool

was using a thick bar there

35 lbs KB thick handle

Snatch non stop

Right 50

Left 50

forearms on fire did figure 8s right afterwards and tosses from hand to hand

and light snatches with 95 x 10 barbell

picked up a nice rounded 177 lbs stone,

did 10 + Deadlifts with it , tried to hold it up in my lap while in bottom squat position and get up with the stone.. ended up falling down

barbell deadlifts

135 x 5

185 x 2

225 x 1

275 x 1

295 x 1

305 x 1

325 x 1

all overhand grip, stopped at 325 nice long hold on it though

113 lbs stone did some lifts with it

managed a nice two hand clean and press x 3

also did hammer and tire workout for about 10 mins , great for the core, i suggest everyone give this a try.

couldnt workout or do grip, because i have been delivering boats rvs for the past 25 days, all i had with me is a few easy grippers and a pair of 10s

had two great workouts since ive been back

worked on the BLOB 50 and a YORK # 50

negs with both about 20 total and was getting air 5 out of 5 attempts on the BLOB50

also did various two finger three finger and cleans with a light 30 lb block weight

will try my best to get the slicker YORK # 50 by the end of summer and then a two BLOB lift

Great work Steve!I saw the kettlebell workout of 50 reps each hand!! I just started using one about a month ago and It hates me dude! I got a 20kg(44lb)one and I just did a PR of 63 snatches. What size are you using? Very impressive nonetheless! My cardio stinks, so hoping this will help(without killing me) :laugh

yeah it will definately get the cardio done haha especially if your doing high rep work with the 44 lbs in the hot weather! last night I was out of breath after my high rep sets

nice job on the 63 snatches bro, one thing for sure is the more you mess around with the KBs the lighter they get, its like magic your tendons and body just gets used to it very quickly.. especially if you have a good foundation

i was using the thick handle 35 lber that workout

hit the KBs last night

did a PR

normal handle KB

35 lbs Right hand non stop x 80

Left hadn took me three sets to get 80

also did two hand clean and Jerk for atleast 10 sets 9 reps

did some biking a few days in a row for cardio, feeling allright !

BLOBS

37.5 x7 warmup

BLOB50 5 attempts a few inches of air on all 5 right hand and 3 out of 5 left hand

negs with the YORK 50 x3

and about 5 attemtps with is as well, no air as of yet on this one

i had to sit on a bench for a few min after the 80 rep set, youve only been hitting the KBs for a month i think in a few months youll be putting up some big numbers, when i started the 35 kb i have felt like a 50 lb dumbell

thank's going for a double BLOB lift this year, i dunno when its gonna happen but i m gonna try to get both of them

went to the gym today!!!

Deadlifts

maxed out at 275 x 3 weak, need to start doing them seriously again

but i did about 3 sets at 225 lbs holding at the top for a bit

hyperextensions x 16, 14

Abs , lots of ab work , which i havent done in a long long time

biking around 5 miles total walking 2 miles

pullups x 11, 9, 8, 8, 7

working on KBS

need to complete a set of 16 clean and jerk each hand withing 4 min to compete in the Chicago KB world championship

will try my best to get that

messed around with a 35 lbs

Right hand C and J x 10, 12, 14, 15, 12, 10

Left hand C and J x 10, 12, 14, 15, 12, 10

tossing it from hand to hand, and about 100 pushups before a 3 mile run...

will be hitting the BLOBS today.
