rope climbing 1.5 inch manilla rope

put the rope up from standing eye level to top of rope is 7 feet of climbing

x 5 to the top not easy. i had to use a good amount of chalk to get a good grip

then did timed holds with both hands,

ive got the pro bell federenkos with the thinner handle 35s and 70s

and ive got dragoon doors 35 53 70 and 106 just one each

the dragoon doors ive gotta say are just all around awesome, im used to the thickness of the handle and how the bell feels, so thats my fave ones

ive tried a bunch of different brands out there and the dragoon door feel perfect for me

i agree , thats why i would suggest getting a set of Federenkos Pro bells, which are top notch, and if you ever decide to compete in the Kb sport or kb strong sport you can use them to cert

run 4 miles at 9 : 52 per mile, it was really really hot and my knees started to hurt halfway through the run

went kayaking for the second day in a row today

great workout about 2.5 hours each day

abs forearms back and lats have gotten a great workout

went running on a trail at night yesterday

right before the 6 mile mark( 9 min 7 seconds per mile average) ended up twisting my left ankle pretty badly, next time I run and night ill need to find a sidewalk or something where I can see better.

wide pullups 5 x 5 slow pullups

chest bench press just getting back into it

Lats worked from 15 lbs upto

30s side raises all the way up and front raises x 2

grippers got the coc 2.5 righty and did negatives with my N rb 260 and 280

Blobs a few days ago

37.5 lots of easy pulls with it chalked up both hands for warmup

42.5 a few full raises and lots of pulls up to the knee

BLOB 50 and the York 50 didnt budge at all today , did some Negs

held Blob50 for a while very easily , then the York just kept slipping out couldnt do any "Good" negatives with it need to get used to the texture and just keep chalking it up and doing negs

Dumbell cleans each arm

warmup 75 x 2

Kb 70 x 5

90 x 1

100 x 1

then did a chest workout Bench press and pushups in between.

today Run

4 miles at a 7 : 49 per mile pace!!!

about 15 lifts with my 37.5 york, felt strong with this one some timed holds as well

then 5 atttempts on the YORK 50 and 5 negatives

pullups wide and regular close to 60 in a 30 min workout mixed with 35kb work and situps , pushups

getting ready ro run a half marathon on the 28th, hoping it wont be too cold.

Hit the grippers today lots of misses on my goal grippers , almost had the RB 260n

Same with the RB 210

Fbbc x3 closed right hand a few times

Missed w the left hand

Coc no 3 # 148 a few attempts each hand missed

Warm up w dexterity balls

And wore gloves to keep the hands warm

All in all solid gripper workout , feel like I'll get the RB 210 soon
