knyaz Posted August 4, 2010 Author Share Posted August 4, 2010 went running on a trail at night yesterday right before the 6 mile mark( 9 min 7 seconds per mile average) ended up twisting my left ankle pretty badly, next time I run and night ill need to find a sidewalk or something where I can see better. knyaz Posted August 24, 2010 Author Share Posted August 24, 2010 Blobs a few days ago 37.5 lots of easy pulls with it chalked up both hands for warmup 42.5 a few full raises and lots of pulls up to the knee BLOB 50 and the York 50 didnt budge at all today , did some Negs held Blob50 for a while very easily , then the York just kept slipping out couldnt do any "Good" negatives with it need to get used to the texture and just keep chalking it up and doing negs Dumbell cleans each arm warmup 75 x 2 Kb 70 x 5 90 x 1 100 x 1 then did a chest workout Bench press and pushups in between. today Run 4 miles at a 7 : 49 per mile pace!!! knyaz Posted November 18, 2010 Author Share Posted November 18, 2010 -BLOBS about 15 lifts with my 37.5 york, felt strong with this one some timed holds as well then 5 atttempts on the YORK 50 and 5 negatives pullups wide and regular close to 60 in a 30 min workout mixed with 35kb work and situps , pushups getting ready ro run a half marathon on the 28th, hoping it wont be too cold.
