just wanted to note that my thumb pad is still hurting, in a good way of course from being properly trained from the TTK

id suggest if you have never used this tool to give it a shot, ill be using the TTK atleast once a week

I wish I could use my TTK, but if my thumb pads get any bigger I won't be able to do some feats as well :blush That said, I concur with you it's a great piece of equipment :cool

:D John thats funny how training with a grip tool would be a negative in your overall grip

rb210 R x , m,m ,m , 1 L x 4 attempts

RB280 Narrow R a few attempts came with a mm once

60 x 1, 1

Hit the 2" axle on sate

worked up to 275 , mostly singles with 215 though, nothing special

did some work with a 3 in a chocker, my index finger started to hurt so I had to stop, did some contrasts baths for a bit, gotta start doing them more often forgot how good they feel

unto the 3" wrist roller, set just below chest level

did some work on the 3 with a chocker set at 15cm

after that the grippers felt very hard, just did attempts at rb 210 and the narrow 280

Shrugs as well today worked up to 225 x8

managed to get the FBBC 2X and 3X after my first gripper workout, weighed in at 163 lbs today

was a great grip day

usual warm up with the easy HG

then a few reps with the # 2

did some a few attmepts on the 147# 3 grippers getting close from a 30 mm choked

also attempts with Rb 210 and Rb240Narrow getting close as well

felt very strong the highlight is # 2.5 x 4 righty !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

+5 R x knee height L x almost knee height

got a bit of air Righty on the BLOB50, Left hand nothing, a few attempts here, once warmed up

Blob 50 Negs x 5 each hand

Blob 50 + 2.5 lbs 1 negative each hand

also chalked up my YORK 100 it feels way harder more slick, than the BLOB 50 but well see what happens once my training picks up

70 pounder kb

hit the axle worked up to 155 right hand

and two hand double overhand came close to getting 300 lbs pulled to about knee height a few times, but no dice

tried 305 a few inches came up on my best attempt
