egg_uk
that is insane, whats the gripper between the 3.5 and 4, too lazy to look it up myself, you should be able to mash that as well.
Teemu I
Thanks guys! egg: my next goal is either my BBSE or narrow BB Pro. Both are under #4 but still quite a step above all #3.5's.

Teemu I
27.11.2007 Had to restrict my training today to only light work on the IMTUG #5 using finger pairs. Painful wart and a load of skin tears prevented me from doing the stuff I had planned. I could however train my left hand without any pains so that was positive. Teemu I
29.11.2007 I just did what I could. Doesn't go according to program but progressive work anyway, so it's good. 1. One hand pinch with wooden block - singles going from 20 kg up to 40 kg 2. Blobette lifts from the floor 5 x 1 x 46 lbs. Every single all the way up 4 x 1 x 47 lbs. 5-10 cm take offs A BOMB! 47 lbs ALL THE WAY UP AND DOWN NICE AND EASY! Feels great to know that this is going somewhere. 3 x 1 x 47 lbs. 5-10 cm take offs All the afore mentioned was done with right hand only. Best part of this session was however a few cm blobette take off with my left hand using 47 lbs, as I was just doing some isometrics with my left hand so that I wouldn't bother it too much. I was greatly surprised with this. Some days you get the spider grip going on I guess. Edited November 29, 2007 by Teemu I
Teemu I
30.11.2007 Rolling Thunder Right hand: 1 x 50kg 1 x 60kg 1 x 65kg 1 x 70kg 1 x 75kg 1 x 80kg 3 x 1 x 85kg 1 x 9 x 70kg (Aimed for 12) 1 x 7 x 70kg (Aimed for 12) Got a bit angry of failure, so extra work: 10 x 5 x 50kg with pretty long holds Light stuff with left: 8 x 5 x 50 kg No pains on lefty, good. Will continue working on it patiently. Edited November 30, 2007 by Teemu I
Teemu I
I decided to take some Blobette work on the video as well. I've had pretty good progress with that lately, as I haven't been able to do grippers. My goal is to get a full 50 lbs lift before the end of the year. Here's a 47 lbs lift. As far as I've seen others comment on the Blobette, this should probably be good enough for the actual Blob lift. But to be sure, I sure want to pick that full 50 lbs up! Teemu I
OK, got it much sooner than I thought. 50 lbs on the Blobette. Great PR for me. New target will have to be fully loaded blobette. Edited December 5, 2007 by Teemu I

Teemu I
I just checked my post on the board reporting my first experiments with the Blobette. I had lifted only 33 lbs on 18th of June 2006, having recieved my Blobette 12 days earlier. I was given great advice regarding the Blobette then, especially by tspinillo and MARKR, thanks guys. Teemu I
7.12.2007 1. Trying to get a feel to the 2 HP -sucked big time, lefty isn't up to the task yet 2. Blobette 54,8 paunaa - did some negs, felt weak 3. RT-reverse curl R: 1 x 7 x 15 kg L: 1 x 5 x 15 kg R: 1 x 5 x 15 kg L: 1 x 3 x 15 kg R: 1 x 4 x 15 kg L: 1 x 3 x 15 kg Certainly not one of my better days. I have been slowly getting back to regular total body training (after slacking off and beeing lazy for long time) and I'm greatly enjoying it. I've been mostly deadlifting and doing various kettlebell drills for a couple of weeks now and I'm quickly feeling better conditioned and a bit stronger too. I'm not having a set program at the moment, but I'm slowly building up to the point where I can start pushing myself a bit. I'm beeing very careful and trying to be patient, so that I will not loose interest too soon. Most of my motivation for this currently comes from the fact that I need to be in better shape for better grip strength gains. So far I've enjoyed it greatly as I haven't taken it too seriously yet. Teemu I
7.12.2007 2. Blobette 54,8 paunaa That should have been pounds instead of the Finnish "paunaa". My right thumb was torn and taped and I felt weak so the control was not quite what I hoped. I will continue doing negs with that however.
