Tried training today. Didn't go as well as I wanted to. Did a single left and right with 3.5. Did 90kg 2hp, when I tried 95kg something snapped in my left hand or something. I think it relates to a injury that I got like a month ago.

Well... shit happens! ;)

Hello!

Just wanted to say that I'm still alive, but I haven't done any grip training for a while. Guess it has to wait a couple of weeks until I can start with it again. So when I can train grip again, I'll start logging it!

Did some deadlifting yesterday.

1x10 @ 20 kg

1x10 @ 70 kg

1x5 @ 120 kg

1x3 @ 170 kg

1x1 @ 210 kg

1x1 @ 250 kg

1x1 @ 270 kg (594 pounds) PR! All raw, no belt!

I've lifted 270 before, but that was with full equipment.

Did some legpresses too.

1x1 @ 210 kg

1x1 @ 250 kg

1x1 @ 270 kg (594 pounds) PR! All raw, no belt!

I've lifted 270 before, but that was with full equipment.

Did some dumbell presses, dumbell rows OH presses with barbell and some powerclean technique training.

The highlight of todays training was the dumbell rows. 8 reps with a 76.5 kilos.

I injuried my left hand/wrist about a month ago or something. It happened when I toyed with a 11kg dumbell.

I tried to platecurl it and after I did it a couple times something popped/snapped.

Couldn't help but smile after reading that at first glance... someone who lifts the weights you lift, "when I toyed with a 11kg dumbell".. damn! I hope you get better soon!!!
