lifesnotfair
Are those TTK numbers with one hand only? Damn, would have liked to know how far on the CoC#4 right handed. How close on the MM6 replica?

How close on the MM6 replica? TTK was with two hands. #4 right was atleast 8mm, it's a bit annoying since my best with my right hand is 4mm. I blame it on a bad set . MM6 Repl was too far away. Martin_Arildsson
I would like to know the numbers on your wrist curls and levering excercises. Give us more details.... NOW! Hehe My best with The Formulator is 40kgx3 flexion and for the extensors it is 12.5kgx10+ reps, don't count how many reps I do there. For levering I use a 8 and 10lbs sledge!
