Squats:

1x5 @ 120 kg

1x3 @ 160 kg

3x5 @ 190 kg PR without belt!

Yeeee

Grippers L/R:

CoC #3 1/1

BBE 1/1

CoC #4 0/0 (5mm with my left PR! Didn't really get the set right with my right hand.

MM6 Rep. 0/0 That's a real hard one!

And 3 negatives with my RB365 with extended handle.

2HP:

1x1 @ 60 kg

1x1 @ 80 kg

1x1 @ 90 kg

1x1 @ 100 kg

0x2 @ 105 kg But I did get it off ground.

1x1½ @ 95 kg. HMPF!

Better luck next time.

I also did some TTK at 10 and 15 kilos!

Are those TTK numbers with one hand only?

Damn, would have liked to know how far on the CoC#4 right handed. How close on the MM6 replica?

TTK was with two hands. #4 right was atleast 8mm, it's a bit annoying since my best with my right hand is 4mm. I blame it on a bad set :D. MM6 Repl was too far away.

1x3 @ 120 kg

130 kg 9 8 7 PR!

Dumbbell press:

1x10 @ 25 kg

3x8 @ 35 kg

V-bar L/R:

3x3 @ 100 kg

I also did some levering and thickbar lateral rises.

Benchpress:

5x5 @ 100 kg

Easy? :)

Also did some tricepspress 3x8 @ 50 kg

V-bar L/R:

60 kg 3/3

80 kg 3/3

100 kg 3/3 3/3 3/3 3/3 3/3

Bending (past 60°):

A couple of 6 3/4" 8mm HRS and one 5" 8mm. I'm suprised that I got the 5" because I haven't done that much bending the last couple of months.

I also did some wrist training, mostly levering and wristcurls.

I would like to know the numbers on your wrist curls and levering excercises. Give us more details.... NOW!

My best with The Formulator is 40kgx3 flexion and for the extensors it is 12.5kgx10+ reps, don't count how many reps I do there.

For levering I use a 8 and 10lbs sledge!

Neat formulator numbers! How do they translate to a barbell wrist curl? I'm sure you can do 100kg+ !!

I don't know what the correlation can be between the formulator and barbell wrist curl. But I do know that bb wrist curls hurts my wrists! :)

Deadlift:

Easy and fast.

Bent over rows:

1x8 @ 70 kg

1x5 @ 120 kg

3x8 @ 140 kg PR!

First set was good, after the fourth rep at the following sets it got alot harder. :)

Grippers:

4-5 sets at #3, didn't count the reps...

Knäböj fram:

1x5 @ 70 kg

1x5 @ 100 kg

3x5 @ 120 kg PR (even if it wasn't that heavy)

I just need to practice it more :)

Grippers L/R:

CoC #3 1/1

BBE 1/1 (Easier with my left this time)

MM3 repl 2/3 2/3 Not really close to my best...

PDA 437 4/5

Could have gone better, but I don't complain!

2HP:

1x1 @ 81 kg

1x1 @ 96 kg

1x0 @ 106 kg (5 cm from touching the stick at 16.5"...)

1x1 @ 106 kg (Tough, but I did lockout with it)

2x0 @ 111 kg (Glued to the floor? :))

2x1 @ 101 kg (Easy)

Could have gone better, or worse. I think I'll try doing 3x3 with 90-91 kg as a start.

Afterwards I did some tossing with two 15 kg plates.

Haven't done it so much before, maybe I should do it more?

Triceps press:

1x8 @ 40 kg

3x5 @ 60 kg

Felt ok.

V-bar L/R:

1x3 @ 60 kg

1x3 @ 80 kg

1x1 @ 100 kg

3x3 @ 110 kg

Also ok.

I also did alot of levering to the front and rear, and some dynamic thumbwork.
