Crazy strong deadlifts for reps man! :rock

Thanks! I've read your pm, but I've been to lazy to answer you :inno

Todays training... Closed the 3.5 with both left and right. It's a hard gripper!

3.5 each hand is excellent stuff. Bet that would be hard to rival in a grip competition.

Thanks all!

Chris: No I haven't. I don't think I would be able to close it with CCS at the moment.

Those are great closes.

What you think:

When being on your top game, 2-3 reps?

Ironmind will soon change the rules, to become a COC, you'll have to TNS a 3.5 :tongue

Just kidding, but as everyone says they want to keep the list small.... :)

How would you rate the IM 3.5 on the euroscale?

Mine is harder than the 3.54.

Franky: Mine too, I'd like to get a hold of one of those gripper calibrators.

I'm going to calibrate my set of grippers soon.

Then I can send you some sample grippers (range Elite - Super Elite) so you'll get an idea.

Mine is harder than the 3.54.

That particular gripper has never been calibrated my me and would have a substantial margin of error relative to the grippers I have calibrated myself.

Great! :)

And also some TTK!

Maybe the reason why it went so good yesterday is because I'm sick today... ;)
