Squat: 3x8 @ 160 kg

Damn! I'm not used to do marathon training!

Did some frontsquats at 100 kg too, didn't go that well... I farted the whole time. :D

Grippers L/R:

TNS #3 1/0

TNS RB330N 0/1 PR!

TNS RB330N 0/0

Wide set CoC #3 2/2

Wide set CoC #3 2/2

A bit wider then parallell 8/8

2HP 44mm width

3-4x5 @ 80 kg

I will definately try this width for a couple of weeks, guess it might suit me better then 50mm.

Over and out!

120kg x 10 9 8

Deadlift:

1x5 @ 170 kg

3x5 @ 200 kg

Went easier then I thought!

barbell rows:

1x10 @ 70 kg

3x6-10 @ 120 kg

Same as for the DL!

Lat pulldowns: A couple of sets at 90 kg.

Grippers sucked today. Can it be because I did grippers between the DL sets? :D

Hows that #4 coming along?

Haven't tried it that much! My current best with it with a set little wider then parallell is still 6mm LH and 4mm RH.

I think I've been a bit to optimistic about getting #4 closed before my birthday (nov 20), but I'll do my best! :)

Grippers L/R:

TNS #3 0/0

TNS RB330N © 0/1

TNS RB330N © 1/1 PR!

Wide set BBE 0(3mm)/0(2mm)

Wide set BBE 0(2mm)/0(1.5mm)

2HP @ 44mm width, I'm not 100% what the apparatus weigh, but it must be 20+ kg, so I'll count it as 20kg.

1x5 @ 20 kg

1x3 @ 40 kg

1x3 @ 60 kg

1x2 @ 70 kg

1x3 @ 80 kg

1x1 @ 90 kg

1x1 @ 100 kg

1x1 @ 105 kg Easy!

3x0 @ 110 kg Lifted it really high once, but I'm not sure if I lifted past 16.5", guess it's still some kind of PR! :)

RT L/R:

60kg 10/10

65 kg 5/5 4/5 5/5

I also did some easy squats at 140 and 160 kg.

You should try out every possible width to make sure you are using the optimal one (i.e., 42mm and 48mm as well). I am ridiculously weak with narrow settings. Found that out when I challenged my wife squeezing a narrow bathroom scale a couple of years ago and lost. :blink

Haha :) I think I'll stay with 44mm a couple of months and see where it leads.

Nice job, buddy! Looked easy for your right hand. But Toddel forgot the "*" for the double lefty and righty close.

Also did some thickbar dumbellrows and grippers.
