Martin_Arildsson
2006-09-08 Deadlift: 1x5 @ 170 kg 3x5 @ 200 kg Went easier then I thought! barbell rows: 1x10 @ 70 kg 3x6-10 @ 120 kg Same as for the DL! Lat pulldowns: A couple of sets at 90 kg. Grippers sucked today. Can it be because I did grippers between the DL sets?
mobsterone
It was last Sunday when I played around with low row pulley work between sets.

Martin_Arildsson
Hows that #4 coming along? Haven't tried it that much! My current best with it with a set little wider then parallell is still 6mm LH and 4mm RH. I think I've been a bit to optimistic about getting #4 closed before my birthday (nov 20), but I'll do my best!

Wide set BBE 0(3mm)/0(2mm) Wide set BBE 0(2mm)/0(1.5mm) 2HP @ 44mm width, I'm not 100% what the apparatus weigh, but it must be 20+ kg, so I'll count it as 20kg. 1x5 @ 20 kg 1x3 @ 40 kg 1x3 @ 60 kg 1x2 @ 70 kg 1x3 @ 80 kg 1x1 @ 90 kg 1x1 @ 100 kg 1x1 @ 105 kg Easy! 3x0 @ 110 kg Lifted it really high once, but I'm not sure if I lifted past 16.5", guess it's still some kind of PR! Mikael Siversson
You should try out every possible width to make sure you are using the optimal one (i.e., 42mm and 48mm as well). I am ridiculously weak with narrow settings. Found that out when I challenged my wife squeezing a narrow bathroom scale a couple of years ago and lost.
