Squat: 3x5 @ 160 kg Bench: 1x5 @ 100 kg, 1x5 @ 120 kg, 1x8 @ 120 kg, 1x4 @ 140 kg, 1x10 @ 110 kg. Grippers: Three singles with #3 2HP: Singles at 81 kg, 91 kg, 91 kg. V-bar: A couple of sets and reps at 80 kg (didn't lose any skin!) RT thumbless: Some sets and reps at 50 kg. Only thing left now.... is rest! I just measured again. Directly before my hand it's 20cm, and if I measure where the forearm bone ends it's 22cm. I hope this make it a bit clearer!
