Jon@han ← Thank you, I was quite happy with my progress on the 2 hand pinch, concidering I've slacked off on it some. I've stopped doing grippers for a while and tried a #3 last night with my left and think it was my best attempt yet. I think the thickbar work has helped a bunch. I definitely respect anyone who can put up big numbers with the 1" version though. I feel as though I can't get a grip on it no matter what. But, as Silversson says, I must not be strong enough! Todays training: after gym workout of compound cleans and front squats Bending 10x timber ties, alternated between my easy ones and the hard ones (about the same as an easy 60d). Easy bending. Dont know how percentage based programs work for RT but thought I'd give one a shot, hope to add a theoretical couple of lbs a workout to my max and hit 150 on 2/28.
