      yup, thanks. That was so cool to see. Wish there were actual pictures of him. Somewhere there must be but he killed himself in 1930. Florida is definitely the nicest place I've visited. I went down with the intention of checking stuff out to see if I'd like living down there and I really think I would. So some day I hope. I will row tonight, letting myself catch up on some sleep for a couple days.

      DU 1.3" singles Last week was only 1" singles, only 1.3" this time. - CRS 5/16" x 6.7" - CRS 21/64" x 6.5"  - CRS SQUARE 7mm x 6.7" - 35CrMo4-A 5/16" x 7" Annealed Chromium-Molybdenum steel. I've done this a few times in singles, never easy. 3 big hits to 54 degrees.  - DR O-1 (from ECGB) 5/16" x 5.5" 5 hits to 48 degrees. Sub 6" bends are annoying.  - DR SK95 8.1mm x 7" Diameter is between O and P, but the material is harder than O-1. 3 hits to 47 degrees.  Too tired, no more bends. I've recorded the square bend:

      I wanted to say he's another Tiziano when I saw bodyweight 116, but it's kg also he's supposedly 205cm, these videos for sure have weird perspective...

      Mon 6/5/24 Inc Bench/ Face Pulls Bar x 5 , 5 40k x 5  60k x 3 x 5  Face Pulls 5 x 10   60mm Axle Deads / Band Pull Aparts  65k x 2 75k x 1 80k x 1 82.5k x 1 85k x 1 PB  82.5k x 2 x 2  Band Pull Aparts 5 x 10    Box Squat SSB (lower) / Wrist Lever( belt) 70k 5x5 Wrist lever 8k 6 x 5    Ironmind Pinch Block /Neck Harness 15k x 1 17.5k x 1 21k x 1 rh / lh f 23.5k x 1 24.5k x 1 25k x 1,1,1 25.5k 1,1 ( 29.70k pin,handle,clip) PB  Neck Harness  16k 10 x 2  Bench back in rotation , Swoldier mode on. Axle felt ok today. R/H hurting as I put bar down. Box ssb squat just to get a bit of extra quads in also helps my hip drive for take downs & wrestling.    Wrist Levers did these with a belt this sess. Felt good but need to up weight by a k or 2 . Pinch Block not sure what happened here. Was doing some tidying up & moving stuff around in the gym whilst doing this. Not sure if the rest helped or not. Managed 2 singles at my PB weight.  All in all a good sess with a couple PB’s . Off out plant shopping now & so am bound to pick up some goodies for The Zoo.
