Bending, yellow nail, only half way. Got nothng today.

Don't worry about it. It may not be the same for you but if I do any hard cardio before I try to do any serious lifting or bending I just don't have the steam. Maybe you couldn't do it cause you "wasted" it on the run. Not that running is a waste but your power might have been used up in the running...just a though. Great job on your dead lifts and so on though.
