Ive heard of some people doing that and I think i'm much stronger doing it that way. In a couple weeks i'm going to give CROM spring a try again. I'm very tempted to order another when 'I buy the blob replica... That way I have a crom and orange spring model and wont have to waste time changing springs. time is money...

Yes, front hand pinky hangs over the steel a little bit. In this video, you can see it quite clearly: 4 minutes ago, Blacksmith513 said: I'm very tempted to order another when 'I buy the blob replica... Rewatch your most recent bending video: it seems like as you progress with the bend, you do this intuitively. I also think you can do Level 6. 2

matek
2022/10/15 Grippers LH index finger is not ready yet for some serious gym action (actually I opened the wound a little bit yesterday), so just did some grippers with RH. - 4x1 GHP #7 (unrated) MMS - 2x1 GoG ESG #6 (unrated) MMS - 1x Standard Adjustable Titanium set to RGC ~171 - 20mm parallel choked This gripper was rated at 180 with a filed handle, so going by the ~5% rule, it should be ~171 (this is the max setting on this gripper). I will buy an adjustable Tungsten in a few weeks. (about the video: I wasn't setting it further with my LH, just putting it there before the close as it were MMS) - 3x1 Standard Adjustable Titanium set to RGC ~156 - 20mm parallel choked

Blob 40 (18.7kg/41.2lb) - 1x lift RH I'm glad I made an attempt, because I was able to lift it for the first time. My wife kills me if I drop it so controlled on the way down as well. Im sure you will be buying it soon then. I should just buy the one from World of Grip, I keep talking about it. Once I can get 50lbs on it, i have 100lbs hex head db i'll chop up for two actual blobs. But its nothing I want to start training quite yet.

Problem is you cant clean it to your shoulder and you don't get quite the same ROM from lifting a real blob. But it seems like an ideal way to train for the actual blob because its the same size... Get your hands used to the dimensions from a lighter weight.. Someday i'll find a score of dumbbells on facebook marketplace and cut them up into blobs.
