I bought an inflatable ice bath to potentially use in my basement over the winter.  Today was my first time in it.  Definitely a different experience getting out of my normal ice bath routine.  I mistakenly was ill-prepared with enough ice for it today, only getting the temperature to the low-50s.

The 175 press today was finally a bodyweight press.  It wasn't perfect but definitely progress.

The 120 RGC attempt was crap.  The 111 and 114 closes felt strong so that was disappointing.  I think my set has atrophied so much over the past few years, any attempts at "harder" grippers is going to be a problem, until I bring that back up to where it was a few years ago.

I entered an upcoming meet and needed to get into my shirt for the first time in a long time.  The F6 I have was fitted for me when I weighted 210, so it was pretty loose.  The only person I had to lift-off for me was my wife, so I was happy, I guess to get in a few reps.
