I wore an old Metal suit that is sized for a bodyweight of 205-215, so not optimal, but felt pretty solid today with the pulls.

Today was the first time I got the water under 40 degrees and it was pretty brutal.  Felt like my skin was burning.  Completely different from 44-46 temps.  Don't think I could've stayed in much longer than I did today.

Today was COLD!  Pretty happy I made it 5 minutes.  It took almost 30 minutes afterwards to get back to normal.

I missed the 455 about half-way up.  Wasn't sure about taking a second-attempt but decided to try and was pretty amped afterwards to get it.  So, to celebrate, I went-out and bought an extra bag of ice and was able to get the ice bath temp to close to 36 degrees.  Felt crazy-cold ... pins and needles all-over for awhile.  I was aiming for 3-minutes but was pretty happy to make it to 5.

I wasn't happy with the 46 degree temp and wanted to go colder so ended-up doing two ice baths today.  Ended-up spending about $35 on ice today.  😒   I´ve been attempting to find a solution to the ice issue but cannot come up with something that would benefit me right now.  Probably going to have to get through the summer and the winter should be easier (at least with the water temperature), then maybe purchase something higher-tech for next spring/summer.

The suit I used today is two sizes too big so I was happy with the numbers I got.  I was going to stay longer in the ice bath but it turned out I was looking directly at the setting sun and had to keep my eyes closed throughout.  Too late to grab sunglasses.

I wasn't able to get my plunge tank set-up until after dark.  Turns-out, it was right when it was starting to rain.  First time at night and in the rain, which made a really cool experience, coupled with the sub-40 deg. temp.
