These were dead-hang, full reps too. This was the one I used at a bodyweight of 25-30lbs. heavier, so not getting much from it. I may buy a one-size smaller one this summer to get some extra slightly heavier work in. Bodyweight on the first day of June is 182.7. Bodyweight on June 1, 2022 was 217.5. I was thinking about entering a meet this summer, with the hopes of competing at 181, but the more I dial in my form/technique at this lower weight, the more I am seeing how my leverages have changed, which has affected every part of the lift.
