There's no pain right now but just have to wait until it starts moving, which can happen at any point. Hopefully, when it does, I can wait it out and fight through the pain, without going back to the hospital. I think I should be good as long as there's no infection. I haven't been able to do an ice bath the past few weeks, mainly due to logistics. Ridiculous! The only good squat bar they had was bent a few degrees which was throwing off my form. The benches were all slippery too. So, I ended-up going conservatively with my lifts today. It was very amusing to observe people "lifting" in this gym; a gaggle of teens and early 20-somethings literally flexing in the mirrors and filming their lifts (which were not impressive in any way). I think everyone that was there when I arrived was still there when I finished and left. I ended-up missing my first rep of 400 about halfway up. Got a little out-of-position and just couldn't recover. The next attempt was too soon and too weak. Not even close.
