Not much happening with the other kidney stone.  There's no pain right now but just have to wait until it starts moving, which can happen at any point.  Hopefully, when it does, I can wait it out and fight through the pain, without going back to the hospital.  I think I should be good as long as there's no infection.

I haven't been able to do an ice bath the past few weeks, mainly due to logistics.  But I've been continuing the daily cold showers and my water temp at it's coldest is 45-47 degrees, which is pretty good to maintain adaptation.

I was traveling through New York and NJ this weekend so was forced to lift in a commercial gym.  Ridiculous!  The only good squat bar they had was bent a few degrees which was throwing off my form.  The benches were all slippery too.  So, I ended-up going conservatively with my lifts today.  It was very amusing to observe people "lifting" in this gym; a gaggle of teens and early 20-somethings literally flexing in the mirrors and filming their lifts (which were not impressive in any way).  I think everyone that was there when I arrived was still there when I finished and left.  To top it off, I forgot my weight belts which really made squatting a little awkward.

My knees were unusually creaky today and my neck was bothering me from the start with the bar; I knew it would be eventful.  I ended-up missing my first rep of 400 about halfway up.  Got a little out-of-position and just couldn't recover.  The next attempt was too soon and too weak.  Not even close.  I couldn't end my squats like that and cranked up the Slayer and grinded-out a decent third attempt.
