The 175 overhead press was just under bodyweight.  Pretty happy with this as the last time I was able to get a bodyweight press was about ten years ago at 200lbs.  Today, my weight was 177.5.

Today´s ice bath was insanely brutal.   As I´ve been doing this the past few months, I have become acclimated to the cold, not even really feeling anything above 45 degrees.  Even at the upper 30s, I don´t shiver anymore under five-minutes.  But at 33.5 degrees, it was crazy.  I felt pain, numbness, fire, and some other weird feelings - none of them good.  Going from 36-37 degrees down to 33 degrees was a huge jump.  My longterm goal is to do winter swimming this winter, possibly in Lake Erie or something similar.  So, I am going to keep pushing the temperatures and adaptation.

I went without swim gloves today which was the coldest temperature to-date without gloves.  I've been in sub-40 temps without gloves before but never for the duration.  Definitely a lot tougher but I need to start ramping this up if I am going to successfully winter swim later this year.

I missed the 170 on the strict press about 1/3 of the way up ... just didn't feel strong enough to push through.  I took a second attempt at the same weight with a little more of a push press and got it decently.  This is about 7 pounds away from a bodyweight press now.

Today was the coldest ice bath I've done to-date without neoprene gloves.  (Typically, I've been wearing gloves for plunges under 39 degrees.)  It was a lot tougher ... fingers felt a lot of pain but tolerable after a few minutes.
