Very intresting and very hard doing Deadlifts Do style without lifting straps! It would be great if I lift 226(500) like that till the end of the year. I need to work it very hard. KETTLEBELLS: 10 swings each hand with the 32Kb 10 swings each hand with the 56Kb Clean & Jerk for 4 reps r/h with the 56Kb. Very loose form and very heavy Kb!! I need to work it very hard too!! Doing them DO and without straps unloads some kilos from the bar but now grip strength is involved too and I think it is good for its improvment.
