Joefrey, I believe he told me he lives a long distance from Athens.

Take it easy and rest up big guy. I hope your shoulder and back feel better! Get the videos of your contest up so we can see them. :D

It's OK Mike, I'm used to all that pain.

I've got some time free on Sunday to upload my vids and I'll post them here my friend!

DO DEADLIFTS:

70(154) x10

100(220) x5

120(264) x5

140(309) x3

160(353) x1

180(397) x1

200(441) x1

210(463) x miss just a little before lockout.

Very intresting and very hard doing Deadlifts Do style without lifting straps!

It would be great if I lift 226(500) like that till the end of the year.

I need to work it very hard.

KETTLEBELLS:

10 swings each hand with the 32Kb

10 swings each hand with the 56Kb

Clean & Jerk for 4 reps r/h with the 56Kb. Very loose form and very heavy Kb!!

I need to work it very hard too!! :flame

Back to pinch work as I can see. These numbers are honourable !

With 5 plates, what is the width ?

Joefrey, each 5kilo plate is 2cm wide.

Thanks Chris! Yes, I did them alternate grip and using straps. Doing them DO and without straps unloads some kilos from the bar but now grip strength is involved too and I think it is good for its improvment.

Manthos the clean and jerk it seemed like push press.That tells of your brute strength.If you improve technique you will lift way more weight olympic style.Great stuff.Continue the hard work :D

3200km(8 stadium laps) fast walking. 29 minutes.

GRIPPERS:

CoC #1 x10, x10 (rh/lh)

CoC #2 x5 (rh/lh)

CoC #2.5 x1, x1 (rh/lh) At this point pain at my upper forearm. I guess not completely recovered from DO Dls and Kb work from Friday... :unsure

MM2 replica x miss (rh)
