That's crazy ! This is the kind of movement I generaly do... with a pint of beer ! :tongue

They'll have to buy more plates when little Manthos and yourself will go to the gym in a few years!

Oh come on Joefrey...I think you can do much better than a pint...!! :upsidedwn:tongue

They better will but to be sure next time I'll take some Kbs with me!

Yesterday I did some bench presses. Again I couldn't resist and loaded that thin bar for a sum of 160kilos(353) for three reps: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivFSbaD5VRA

Peck deck for 4 sets of 10, concentration curls 3 sets of 5 for the biceps and 12 minutes treadmill just to keep in shape!! :rolleyes

Thanks Joefrey. I'll try to add 1 or 2 reps next session.

Yesterday I did some front squats hiting 3 reps with 160kilos(353) for the last set.

Some one arm dumbbell extentions and cable pushdown for triceps and treadmill at 8.5 for 10 minutes.

Later, at the room, I played a little with my grippers. I missed for a couple of mms the #3 I bought from Sam but I managed to No Set close my #2.5 for the first time and then I did two sets overcrushes with it - Oh if I only had some chalk with me....

Some gripper work closing Sams #3(a little harder than mine) with RH for 1 rep and almost a close with LH.

I did the gripper work between my F.Squats sets but my hands were sore from the Snatch lifts.

5kilo plate pinches: I did 5plates with RH and 5sec hold. Then I added 1 more plate and I used both hands for 3sets of 1 for 5sec hold.

Back to pinch work as I can see. These numbers are honourable !

With 5 plates, what is the width ?

I tried for some Reverse Grip Bench Presses but the stands are too high and I couldn't reach to unload the barbell from them.

CABLE PUSHDOWNS: All the plates, about 50 to 55 kilos, for 2 sets of 10 reps each.

Thanks Chris... My goal is 180kilos(397lbs) normal or reverse grip. The problem is that it's difficult to find the right spotter or any spotter especially for the reverse grip... :(
