Manthos, you're too humble buddy! That was an insane reverse!! That thing folded to 60 degrees like a coat hanger! If I may offer you some advice, on the sweep and crushdown, tuck that sucker under your neck when doing it do. This will make it much,much easier especially on tougher stock. It creates a hold so it won't slip,etc. That was certainly a grade 5 though, I saw it spring back a few times! It's really going to be scary when you get your technique down pat man, I think you'll be elite in reverse,du, and do if you continue strong at it! Congrats and great bend!

No problem at all buddy! No question you have a TON of strength!! Just getting a feel for it what works best,etc is the hardest part in bending. Keep at it and it will come naturally for ya mate!

Thanks Chris! I took my 32kg and stacked a 5kg plate under it as it was facing up. Not to steady but it did the work.
