After warming up with my 32kg I picked up my 56kg for some push presses. I went up to 66kgs(56kg kettlebell plus two 5kilo plates) for 1 rep with the right hand: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rd4GsAM9RVE After that I did some attempts with my grippers. I have very poor technique (I guess no technique at all ) at the Olympic lifts and I want to improve as much as I can, no big expectations, I would be happy to add 5 to 10 kilos each lift...for me that would be a good level. The only thing that problems and upsets me is that these lifts give a lot of stretch to my wrists and my easy #3 is the best thing I can do when it comes to grippers :cry . I hate that.....
