19/04/2010(PLAY DAY)

Fast walking to the Gym for cardio. Some stretcing and I said to play with my kettlebells. After warming up with my 32kg I picked up my 56kg for some push presses. I went up to 66kgs(56kg kettlebell plus two 5kilo plates) for 1 rep with the right hand: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rd4GsAM9RVE

After that I did some attempts with my grippers. Nothing serious except I managed to threat my easy #3 with my left hand(!!): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbZveJTWpIY

Fast walking back home....felt good...! :happy

Thank you Joefrey! I'm doing well with this kind of training so far. I have very poor technique (I guess no technique at all :blush:laugh) at the Olympic lifts and I want to improve as much as I can, no big expectations, I would be happy to add 5 to 10 kilos each lift...for me that would be a good level.

The only thing that problems and upsets me is that these lifts give a lot of stretch to my wrists and my easy #3 is the best thing I can do when it comes to grippers :cry :cry :cry. I hate that..... :angry::whistel:trout:flame:calm

Countless attempts to Bup press my 56kilo kettlebell....... all failed.... :whacked

Countless attempts to close my hard #3........all failed.... :whacked :whacked

2HP with my two 10kilo Olympic rubber plates set-up(60mm): last attempt at 84.5kilos(186)....... PR :cool
