Be careful Manthos, you might be hitting that over training cycle. Are you having trouble sleeping at all? I hit that a few weeks ago.... No, I wouldn't say it's overtraining my friend, as I don't have any symptoms at all. At my 2nd Push Press attempt day my mind just wasn't there...I HATE that when it happens! As for your training, you sure know much better than me my friend, especially for the Bench Presses...let it rest and it will come back stronger! Ah Deadlifts....I was thinking to start them too, but with the Olympic Lifts, the Squats and the Presses I really don't know where to fit them in my training as I don't want to load my lower back too much. It's a wonderful exercise though! Kettlebells are my favorite Chris...! No room for them too but I never miss the chance to give a fight with my 56kilo. I want to BUP this bas***rd but it doesn't move and right now I'm saving some money to buy the 40 and the 48kilo. As for the bending, I'm very glad you enjoy it and you have progres. I watch some vids here on the board sometimes and I want to start bending everything in sight. I'm seriously thinking to start it...with all costs!! What did you use when you started? Did you bought the Ironmind nails or a visit to a hardware store was enough? Keep up the good work in everything you do my friend and give that steel a really hard time! As far as bending goes, keep an eye on my new log I put up as it has a few youtube videos in it. Bending is very addictive!! VERY!! I went into it just to try it and play around a bit and was hooked, but be aware, it is very taxing on your body. You would be very good at it! Probably one of the best if you put the time into it with your strength! I started just buying 1/4" Cold rolled steel and 1/4" g2 hex bolts. Which was great cause it allowed me to get my form correct and go into it slowly. That didn't last long though..... haha!! I've done 5/16" crs, 3/8" Brass all double overhand, done some 10"x3/8" spikes, etc. However, I really like the strict/terminator reverse bending as it isn't as taxing on the body as Do bending, and not many people do it. Check out my log and last video for an example of terminator reverse. Good luck buddy

Last night I did my first bends...two nails 64mm thick and 180mm long and it felt REALLY REALLY good!!! :yikes I'am also at the very begining and have nothing great to be proud of. At the present time, I bent nails from 6.5mm diam. and 160 mm long to 7mm diam. and 200 mm long but I start the bend using my knee. The only nails I'am able to bend, just using my wrists without touching any bodypart, have 6mm diam. and 160mm long. Bending is great and I really like it !!
