Only 4lbs shy of 500lbs. Perhaps that doesen´t matter to you if you use the metric system like I do. But still, a freakin´great squat!

Did you use any equipment?

Is June the month for PR ? :tongue

Congrats !

Thank you Joefrey! So far so good, but I also have to test the Bench Press, Reverse grip Bench Press, Push Press and C&J. I'll give myself 2weeks time to complete these and if I can't make it I'll use my old 1RMs for these exercises for the percentage calculation for my training.

Until now I succeeded new 1RM for the following exercises:

Snatch: 112.5(248) - 2.5kg(5.5lbs) GYM PR http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVRaa3EEJZU

Squat: 225(496) - 5kg(11lbs) PR http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8e-DHewVUb8

Front Squat: 185(408) - 5kg(11lbs) PR http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RoQhR_JQAEU

Military Press: 132.5(292) - 2.5kg(5.5lbs) PR http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZD4PQ2jA5DM

I'm feeling pretty OK with my performance so far and I'll try to do my best for the rest 4 exercises.

I also did 100kg(220lbs) Military Press for 8 strict reps http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQduPbWBri4 and I managed to Overhead lever my 10kg(22lbs) Sledge Hammer with the tape at 78cm(30.7inches) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMeJ89zy-3c

Well, any progress is good progress(I think...) and I'll try to keep it up.

My goodness !! It looks like a shopping list before a long WE !!

Keep up the hard work Manthos !

Now that's a very successful simile my dear friend Joefrey! :laugh

Unfortunately to this long shopping list there is no room left for grippers... :cry :cry ...but I strongly believe that I will fix that in the future...if it's the training that stops me and not my genetic code... :unsure:erm:ohmy

You too keep up the great work my friend and I'm waiting for your MM2 certification or a red nail one...! ;)

Note: Left shoulder was not 100% as it hurts for about 2 weeks now.

Note for the video: At the time I was showing the plates, I pushed the STOP button by accident... Sorry! :blush:trout
