Guest Bullitt
Great workout Frank! Funny how we all turn up our grip workouts to get ready for a grip workout at Jedd's.
IROC-Z
Nice workout Frank! One question: when you do the BFN's, at what point during the negative phase do you force the gripper back shut (how far do you let it open up)?
cwdutton
Very strong Frank!! Late congrats on the PR bench too. 400 this year for sure man! Chris

One question: when you do the BFN's, at what point during the negative phase do you force the gripper back shut (how far do you let it open up)? Usually about 0.5 to 1cm. Sometimes less. One question: when you do the BFN's, at what point during the negative phase do you force the gripper back shut (how far do you let it open up)? Usually about 0.5 to 1cm. Sometimes less. How many times do you do this during one negative? When you write BFN x10 is that one big negative and you forced it shut 10 times?

As soon as it opened to the distance I wanted, force it back in again.

rico300zx
The other day I loaded a 25lb diff on a DO thickbar lift the total was susposed to be 340 but was 25# less. It felt weird going up and now my wrist is really hurting me. Then when I got the weights right I couldn't pull 340 and I was pissed off. It feels really easy on the way up, but you use just enough gas that you can't pull your actual max after that. Ticks me off. Btw, what's your max bench?
