Grippers:

Not too exciting today. Bunch of reps on filed 250 and #3 with both hands. BBE overcrush righty, and VVN attempt lefty, followed up by BFNs with same gripper on both hands. A little SW work after that.

2hp @ 48mm, both sides loaded evenly:

203 w/ 3lb extra on thumb side - good attempt

Based on past experience, I'm expecting over 210lb on the Euro this Saturday. This setup has always been good for another 16-22lb on the Euro.

Left hand - Same thing, except 2 of the 3 BBE attempts were near misses

Secret Weapon, both hands

(left was feeling alot stronger for some reason) - 60lb x a bunch of holds and very small ROM negs

I m guessing the standard would be what ever the orginal secret weapon was. I just wondered if you were using those dimentions or thought of your own?
