Magnus
Grippers: Not too exciting today. Bunch of reps on filed 250 and #3 with both hands. BBE overcrush righty, and VVN attempt lefty, followed up by BFNs with same gripper on both hands. A little SW work after that. 2hp @ 48mm, both sides loaded evenly: 130 x 1 150 x 1 170 x 1 180 x 1 190 x 1 - PR 200 x 1 - PR 203 w/ 3lb extra on thumb side - good attempt Based on past experience, I'm expecting over 210lb on the Euro this Saturday. This setup has always been good for another 16-22lb on the Euro. Edited October 22, 2009 by Magnus
