Magnus
Very strong (as usual) Frank!!! Thanks, Mike! I was pretty surprised by how this one turned out, since it was my first full-blown gripper workout since June 13th.

Magnus
Nice work Frank Thanks, John Monday, 7/20/09 Haven't lifted for a few weeks, so I took today as to get back into the groove, so I didn't go to heavy. Biceps and chest today. Grippers Got 52 singles on my right hand on the #3 in 23 minutes tonight. Blisters were the limiting factor here...skin feels really good Going to try left hand later. I'm pretty sure I could get close to that, at least. Edited July 21, 2009 by Magnus
Kormaz
Awesome workout Frank! Whats the highest gripper you've ever closed? I'm guessing it must be your own #3.5 if you were working on Lukes #3.5.
Magnus
Awesome workout Frank! Whats the highest gripper you've ever closed? I'm guessing it must be your own #3.5 if you were working on Lukes #3.5. Thanks, Pete. Highest I closed is Luke's (178lb). His is a good one for BFNs for me right now. My own #3.5 seasoned/oiled down to only 169. Friday, 7/24/09 Still doing some misc. work to get prepped again. Did deads today, which yet again took another lousy dive: (after warm-up) 410 x 3 410 x 1 400 x 1. Pffffft. Messing around with DB Kroc rows, too. After deads, I got 150 for 20 reps. A few days ago, I did 180 x 8 with better form. Loving the new handle. Grippers I've been working on closing with the thumb-side handle positioned way back on my thumb (pretty much BTR w/o having to filed the gripper). Managed to close the #3 left-handed like this. Mostly been doing reps finished with overcrushes on my remounted 250 for these, though.

Teemu I
Nice work Frank, you are on the roll! I expect that SE set to MM3 specs to go down within a few weeks. To get you properly pissed and PR hungry, I thought I'd let you know that I just did 8 reps on my 154 lbs cert #3..NO SET. You should try some higher volume gripper work for a change as well.
