Thanks man! Got the pic, just forgot to add it :D It's AWESOME for negs. I made mine close tighter than a gripper, so you can really feel the BTR work.

Nice job for Parris :rock

Not so nice for tile :tongue That makes my top 10 lousy jobs list :D

Rico

Nope...I'm going to make a power-rack instead...I need something for benching.

Nice work Frank! That's some heavy lifting :cool

Just trying to catch you on those stones :D

You're just a freak of nature dude, VERY strong. You ever thought about strongman?

Yeah, buddy :D Need to get a few things sorted out first, though.

Lousy shoulder workout today.

Barbell shoulder press:

114 x 6

168 x 2

168 x 6

168 x 6

168 x 2

114 x 8

114 x 8

Amazing. My DB shoulder press went way up. Standing barbell press did hardly anything. Has me thinking maybe it's something besides my shoulders?

Lol :D

Just on a whim decided to pull a dead today. Pulled 214 once, 314 once, 404 once, and went right up to 464. I already pulled 464 a few weeks ago, but there was considerable help from the hitch fairy on that one. This time, it felt at least 10lb on the easy side, and came up as smooth as silk. Although, I was kinda disappointed, cuz I thought I had 474 on there. For barely getting any deadlift workouts in in the past few weeks, I'm kinda happy with that. The heavy rows are responsible, IMO.

Closed my 172lb BBE again today. Finished up with a few BFNs on my #3.5 and overcrushes on my #3, both hands.

Btw, I forgot to post that on Thursday night, I had a late Inch-handle workout (went up to 146lb thumbless, left hand, 146 x 4 and 158 w/ thumb, both hands), and an even later (1:21am) reverse fly workout (50 x 3 x 8).

And now you know...the rest of the story. Good day.

Deadlifts:

337 x 15 singles, 1min rest between each

Doing that decreasing reps/ increasing weight program again. Always had good results with it. So today was 70% of 1rm x 15.

2hp, 2-10s width (just under 2"):

Worked up to 174 x 1! That only 10lb under my best on Jedd's Euro! Hopefully that means by the time I hit 184 on my 2-10s setup, it'll put me around 200 on the Euro.

TTK:

10lb x 10 full 10 mini 10 full, both hands

Grippers, #3.5 x 1, #3 x a few overcrushes, both hands.
