day 2 .. crap

Frontsquat 95kg 5RM PR!

Bench 92.5kg 3-3-2.... did 80kg 3-3 then 60kg 2x10

Chins 5x5 + 21.25kg 5-5-4 dropped down to 20 and did 5-5..

Press 55kg 2x5

Rows 55kg 2x5

some grip done today.. i dont really have any routines so i seldom write it up .

Did 10 singles on my #2.5 RH.. same lefty with my #2

3x10 wristcurls with my formulator . 3 5kilo discs ..

pinched my slick plates . 10kilo each . 2 of them. just lifted it and held it for 5 sec untill i couldnt get them off the ground

Bench 92.5kg 3-3 my shoulder started hurting so i just did the rest on 60kg. :<

Frontsquat 75kg 5x2 .. gonna switch the reps and sets thingy . since it is the way its supposed to be . heh reps x sets

Press 72.5kg x2 70kg x2 60kg 3-3-3 started deloading so im gonna work my way up from 60kg

Bench 1RM 100kg x1 105kg fail =( but no shoulderpains

Chins 5rm 23.75kg

Chins + 22.5kg 5-5 then i did 5-5-5 with 15 kg.. no energy left and had a b-day party waiting for me! . skipped the rest

Press 1RM 70kg .. failed at 75.. then did another rep on 70kg

Frontsquat 5RM 102.5kg .. did 4 and failed on last rep.. well well. over 1 week break before this so im happy

Bench 80kg 3-3-3 stopped after that.. shoulder is better but i dont wanna push it

Chins 5x5 changed my grip so it was more of a AW grip.. + 15kg went up easy and fast

Press 60kg 2x5

Rows 60kg 2x5

Then some random tricepswork
