Yersinia Posted December 18, 2008 Author Share Posted December 18, 2008 since my shoulder has healed up i wanted to try some bending again bent a 1/4" x 6" stainless . 6" Grade 8 . 1/4" x 7" Square . and then i tried a bastard. i got it to about 45 degrees with double wraps . best i've done in a looong while. the other bends was with single leathers and went down fairly easy.. but i still felt some pains in my shoulder... yeye.. Yersinia Posted January 9, 2009 Author Share Posted January 9, 2009 forgot to write up tuesdays workout day 1 squat 102.5 again bench 82.5 5x3 stopped after that. got some stinging pain in the shoulder.. i think i warmed up poorly Rows 67.5k 5x5 last nights workout day 2 Squat 85k 5x2 m.press 60k 5-5-5-4-0 !!! puke.. think im gonna drop down 10k and work my way up again..... chins 5x5 10k added PR! but i didnt get my chin above the bar on the last rep . so its not complete had to skip deadlift.. was 1000000 idiots at the gym so it was a long wait.. Deadlift 140k 1 rep . film a red\bastard bend. close my #2.5 again and dominate it. gonna try 1rm on bench soon aswell. when i have done the first round of 85k 5x5 im gonna try to get 100k for 1 rep.
