Squat 100KG 5x5 !! PR PR PR and goal achieved :)

Benchpress 77.5k 5x5 PR i suspect . have to check =p

Rows 66.25 5x5

random triceps and biceps crap after . gonna hit the formulator in a min.

Thank u :D i do love the 5x5 scheme . has worked wonders on me. going from 50k - 100k in squats since august . and going up 12kilo BW in the same time.. happy happy :D

since my shoulder has healed up i wanted to try some bending again

bent a 1/4" x 6" stainless . 6" Grade 8 . 1/4" x 7" Square . and then i tried a bastard. i got it to about 45 degrees with double wraps . best i've done in a looong while. the other bends was with single leathers and went down fairly easy.. but i still felt some pains in my shoulder... yeye..

hmm . i think i have claimed in a thread somewhere on the board that i almost have closed my BBGM . im not sure. but the gripper i was really meaning was my BBSM . i dont remember where i might have done this and if i really have done it =p yeye.

Benchpress 80k 5x5 i got a little help from my spotter on the last rep. so im gonna do it again and when i do it on my own i have to do it another time for confirmation =p PR anyways. but goal not achieved yet

day 1

squat 102.5 again

bench 82.5 5x3 stopped after that. got some stinging pain in the shoulder.. i think i warmed up poorly :(

last nights workout

day 2

Squat 85k 5x2

m.press 60k 5-5-5-4-0 !!! puke.. think im gonna drop down 10k and work my way up again.....

chins 5x5 10k added PR! but i didnt get my chin above the bar on the last rep . so its not complete

had to skip deadlift.. was 1000000 idiots at the gym so it was a long wait..

back at the gym again. did'nt workout last time.. had some stuff i had to take care off. anyways.

Day1

squat 105k 5-2 :( went down to 100k and did the last 3 sets .. gonna work my way up from 100 again

Bench 82.5k 5x5 PR! one step closer to 90 ;)

Rows 67.5k 5x5 ezy. gonna up it next time

did some curls at the end. 5x3 with 17.5 k or something

have to add some goals . Deadlift 140k 1 rep . film a red\bastard bend. close my #2.5 again and dominate it.

gonna try 1rm on bench soon aswell. when i have done the first round of 85k 5x5 im gonna try to get 100k for 1 rep.

Press 52.5k 5x5 explosive up and slow down

deadlift 97.5k 5reps . pretty easy actually, pr i guess

Chins 5x5 + 10k . goal achieved and PR!

tried 1RM on bench. got 95k pretty good. failed on 100... was tired after the other stuff i did. im sure i can get it up when im fresh
