Yersinia Posted February 5, 2009 Author Share Posted February 5, 2009 tried some bending again today. felt some pains here and there but nothing like it used to be. bent a 6" G8 - 7" 1\4" Square and a Red nail. got the red nail to below 2" in under 1 min. double leather wraps on the red. single leather on the others. gonna have to film a bastard soon. Yersinia Posted February 13, 2009 Author Share Posted February 13, 2009 some random gripperwork at work today. had my hard #2 with me and i did series of reps here and there. 5's and 10's. bending when i came home from work. bent a 1/4" x 6" Square and a samesized stainless square. then i tried a huge bastard . kinked it offcenter as hell. then i gave up cause my shoulder screamed in agony :p its going down next time.. i swear!
