squat 105k 5x5

Bench 85k 5-5 went down to 80 cause i had no spotter and it was getting risky :p did 3 sets with 80

Deadlift 102.5k 5reps pr. still pretty easy. struggling with the technique :/

mondays workout .. felt ill so i shortened it

Rows 70k 5x3

last nights workout

day 2

squat 85k 5x2

Press 60k 5x5

Chins 5x5 + 12.5k PR . threw in a extra rep on last set aswell

skipped deadlift.. my back felt weird

tried some bending again today. felt some pains here and there but nothing like it used to be.

bent a 6" G8 - 7" 1\4" Square and a Red nail. got the red nail to below 2" in under 1 min. double leather wraps on the red. single leather on the others. gonna have to film a bastard soon.

did some bending today. a 1\4" x 7" square and a 6" G2 followed up by a bastard. finally got it on cam . so my new goal in bending is a hexabastard for now :)

some random gripperwork at work today. had my hard #2 with me and i did series of reps here and there. 5's and 10's.

bending when i came home from work. bent a 1/4" x 6" Square and a samesized stainless square. then i tried a huge bastard . kinked it offcenter as hell. then i gave up cause my shoulder screamed in agony :p its going down next time.. i swear!

Press 62.5k 5x5 failed on last rep when i heard a ripping sound from my chest :F it hurts a bit when i lean my head backwards now.....

Chins + 13.75k 5x3 sets then i went home :p

sure is :D i think i could get 100kg pretty easy now. but not much more. maybe 105kg . gonna try it after i have done first 5x5 on 90kg
