Rowing on the machine 150lbs setting 5x3 Benchpress 80K 5-5-3 PR but didnt do 5x3 so i have to try it again on monday ended the day with random beachworkout stuff and wristcurls. maybe some gripperwork after dinner i do warmupsets on each excersise aswell but i dont write it up. Shoulderpress . 50k 5x3 was gonna do 60k but failed . still tired after benching yesterday . Chins 10x7x5 Grippers : tried my choker today . i think my BBSM was closed once . not sure tho. its abit easier than my 2.5. other than that i did 5x5 on my hard #2 its abit wider than paralell in the choker Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
