gonna start logging my workouts here. dont take the reports to seriously when i just jot them down on my pc. gonna just copy paste what i have so far. its somewhat norwegian in there and randomly written. but i doubt anyone will read this and care too much so :p

the routine is : Day one i do squats - cable rows - Benchpress. Day 2 i do 80% of day 1's squatting - Shoulderpress - Chins.

Dag 1 .. onsdag 5-6\8

Benk : 45 5x3

Dag 2 : Fredag 7\8

Squat 20x3 30x3 40 5x2

skulderpress : 20x3 30x3 40 5x3

pullups : 8 - 5 - 4

reverse curls 20 5x3

Dag 1 : 11 aug

squat 55 5x3

roing : 69 ellerno

Benk 60 5x3

Dag 2 13: aug

Squat : 45 5x2

Skulderpress : 35 5x3

pullups : 7 - 5 - 5

Dag 1 ; 15 aug

Squat : 60

Roing: 59

Benk: 62.5

Dag 2 : 18 aug KREATIN START

Skulderpress: 35

Chins: 10 - 5 - 4

did about 150 singles on my BBM at work today . 4 sec holds.

Bent stuff : 1\4 square 7"/6"/5.5" and a 5.5" G8.

Day 1 routine

Squats 87.5k 5-5-4

changed from cable rows to a machine. felt better . did 150 lbs 5x3 2

benchpress 77.5k 5x3 PR!

ended the workout with random stuff like hammercurls 17.5k 10x2 and wristcurls on a machine 50K 10x3

Ok, just the last little bit left...

What grippers do you have at the moment and how do you train with the grippers? If you have a gripper harder than #2.5 I would recommend you to use it in your training. :)

i got #1 #1.5 #2 #2.5 BBM BBSM BBGM BBE BBSE . thats all i think. just got me some hoseclamps that im gonna try tonight

crappy workout today :(

Day2 Routine : Squat 70k 5x2 shoulderpress 60k 4-3-1 :( chins : 10 x 8 x 6

was exhausted after work . yeye . better luck next time :)

btw. when i reach my short term goals that is Squats : 90k 5x3 ; Benchpress ; 80k 5x3; Shoulderpress 60K 5x3 im gonna start doing 5x5 instead and dropping 10 kilo on each excersise. hoping to do this within 3 weeks

nah not yet. i was in the mood for some today but didnt feel that my hands was ready for it heh. gonna try some tomorrow :)

Day 1 routine :

Squats 87.5 5x3 PR!!

Rowing on the machine 150lbs setting 5x3

Benchpress 80K 5-5-3 PR but didnt do 5x3 so i have to try it again on monday

ended the day with random beachworkout stuff and wristcurls. maybe some gripperwork after dinner :)

i do warmupsets on each excersise aswell but i dont write it up.

changed gym today. was alot better place.

Day 2 routine

Squat 70k 5x2

Deadlift 60k 5x2 just learning the technique.

Shoulderpress . 50k 5x3 was gonna do 60k but failed . still tired after benching yesterday .

Chins 10x7x5

Grippers : tried my choker today . i think my BBSM was closed once . not sure tho. its abit easier than my 2.5. other than that i did 5x5 on my hard #2

its abit wider than paralell in the choker

Day1 routine :

Squat: 90k 5-4-and 5 singles with 5 sec pause

Rowing 50ksetting 5x3

Bench : 80k 5-4-5 singles with 5 sec pause

:( :( gonna go down 10k on squat bench and shoulderpress and start the 5x5 routine

Deadlift 70k 5x5

Shoulderpress 45k 5x5

Chins 5x3 with 5 kilo added.

felt weak today was totally exhausted after the workout.

made myself a BTR gripper yesterday at work. sawed off a bit of my #2 handle and got a choker on it, did tons of singles on it.

yea :D but im starting on 70k and 5x5 on sunday so it will take some time to work my way up to 80 again. but im sure i can do it now.

nah havent felt any yet. my gripper strength is random as hell

btw. skipped workout on thursday. felt i was just getting weaker. so i took a break. going to work out again tomorrow. if im not hungover deluxe :I

Day 1 routine

Squat 80k 5x5 got it pretty easy

Rowing 55ksetting 5x5

Benchpress : 65k 5x5 easy

busted my knuckle this weekend so i wont be doing any grippers for a while. its swollen and wobbly :(

i weigh 7 kilo more now than when i started working out 2 months ago aprox :)
