crap day

Day 3

Squat 100kg 5x5 .. was gonna do 112.5kg but i was weak and tired from the start... one of those days i guess

Press 1x70kg 1x72.5kg and failed on my 75kg attempt.. PR anyways

Bench 70kg 5x2

Rows 5RM 65kg . much better than last time..

Chins . 5x2 BW.. and after that i had a speed competition with my friend . did 2 reps each untill we couldnt even do one.. did not count tho :p

Squat 112.5kg 5-5-4-5-5 . finally getting back into it. was still sore after the 5RM so im pretty pleased with this one

press 72.5kg went up fast.. failed on 75kg :(

back at the gym last nite.. skipped a workout last week cause i was in a bad shape.. and i went back to day 2 so my trainingpartner and i are on the same day

Bench 92.5kg 3-3-2 :( we did negatives after that. 100kg and slow down and lots of help on the way up.. 3x3

Squat 115kg 5reps . then i switched to frontsquat and did 70kg 5x5 .. first time ever trying it so i started light. felt really good. pr i guess :p

bench 100kg failed........ did some explosive sets with 60kg 5x2

Chins 5rm 22.5kg did 4... had a nice pause and did 1 rep with 30kg . failed on 40kg .

wuuhu. nice pr today. had my 2.5 with me at work and i closed it consistently all day long . at best i held it shut for 10 sec. and did 3 small reps on it. where i opened it to a bit more narrow than paralell.. hoho

my goals at the moment . somewhat short-term, i like them the most heh.

Press 6x3 80kilo . this one is gonna be hard. but awesome if i can do it =) 80kg is my BW

Bench 100kg 6x3 and 1RM on 110kg
