Day 2 Squat 70k 5x2 Deadlift 65k-70k-75k 5reps on each Shoulderpress 52.5k 5x5 shoulders feel fine. hope they still do tomorrow :P Chins 5x5 . cant wait to start adding weights my goals at the moment : Squat 90k 5x5 benchpress 80k 5x5 press 60k 5x5 chins 5x5 with 10kilo added.
