ye im happy with the gains, hoping to reach 85 kilo.

i think its working great. it feels like i get alot more out of the workout and my muscles are really sore the next days . and that ... i like :D

going for a 1 week break. shoulderpains galore. got some medicine for it and im gonna wait it out :(

finally back at the gym today

Day1 : Squat 85k 5x5

Benchpress 72.5 5x5

rows 55k setting 5x5

did some random 2hp and hammercurls aswell. shoulder is still weird and knuckle is working somewhat normal :F

Day 2

Squat 70k 5x2

Deadlift 65k-70k-75k 5reps on each

Shoulderpress 52.5k 5x5 shoulders feel fine. hope they still do tomorrow :P

Chins 5x5 . cant wait to start adding weights

my goals at the moment : Squat 90k 5x5 benchpress 80k 5x5 press 60k 5x5 chins 5x5 with 10kilo added.

Day 1

Squat 87.5k 5x5 pr

Benchpress 75k 5x5 pr

Rows 60k 5x5 pr

Deadlift 65k-70k-75k-80k 5reps each

Shoulderpress 55k 5x5

chins 5x5 +2.5k starting small :p

Bench 77.5k 5x3 gave up after that. my shoulder started hurting :(

cable rows 65k 5x5 pr

did some hammercurls and random abs stuff. the beachworkout :p

Deadlift 70k - 75k - 80k - 85k 5 of each

Press 57.5 5x3 gave up after that. my shoulder started hurting again

chins 5x5 + 5kilo

skipped the gym yesterday. too hungover :< .

day 1

squat 92.5k 5x5 pr! closing in on 100k . wooo

Bench... skipped it.

rows 65k 5x5

started doing preacher hammercurls hoping to improve my AW, did 5x5 with 12k . starting slow

finished with some triceps work and wristcurls

day 2 on tuesday

squat 75 5x2

skipped press cause my arm hurt after AW'ing while drunk

skipped chins aswell :<

ended up doing some ab workout and wristcurls on my formulator . did 5x5 with 17.5k on the formulator 3 5kilo plates and a 2.5 on the end

. arm feels better today. hoping to get a full workout tomorrow

militarypress 55k 5x5 didnt feel any pain this time. oyeah

Chins . felt a dull pain in my forearms. decided to skip it. dont want any tendonitis again :F

think i can start bending again. the pain i had in my shoulder caused by a muscle on my back doesnt hurt anymore. only pains i got now is on the side of my neck. but its almost gone. cant wait! :D

done alot of singles on my hard #2 at work .

Chins 5x5 with 5k added again.. no need to increase since i've gone up in weight :p

Bench 75k 5x5 felt no pain watsoever . WOOO

Rows 66.25k 5x5 PR on this machine i guess .
