Been watching some of your videos and you have monstrous forearms The wristcurl device with the green foam on it. Where did you get it? jvance
Brent, try doing your work sets/volume on 1hp at a 38mm or lower width. I've made great progress starting my pinch workout at extremely thin widths and working my way outward as the weight increases. (a <85 to 102 one hand pinch in 5 months). A lot to be said/speculated about why.... Let me know if you're interested in giving it a shot and ill go into more detail
Mikael Siversson
Yes, aka overcrush for the pinch.
barbe705
I am interested in trying this. I have actually spent 2 sesions starting thin and working up and starting thick and working down. there was very little change in my max lift. I'd be interested in trying something new. barbe705
nov 11 2013 did a bit of hangboard work last night. just easing into it. still hitting my 2-3x10 tns ghp1 sets at work. lots of ext rubber band work as well. elbows are getting a bit tender and I'm trying to hit some extra rev wrist curls at home as well. so far I'm keeping ahead of the aches for the most part. since it's cooled of and things are starting to ache it's pretty common for me to throw on elbow sleeves as soon as I get home if I plan to hit anything in the evening. barbe705
nov 12 2013 2" db rows 5x8 110. today at work I ended up waiting on people quite a bit. I made an effort to spend that time stretching my lower arm and shoulders, doing teacup drills, and some dislocates with a broomstick. the db rows were super easy tonight. normally the first week with a new weight I have to reset. I had zero resets and very strong fast pulls. I think the soft tissue work made a huge difference. will be trying to add more in.

PeterSweden
Is it dry cracking? My thumbs do that in the fall and winter time. Especially if I train with chalk, that dries it out much faster!
