It does give a boost to meet other grip guys. #4, you are getting there, step by step.

Sam, how long is since you had a break from training grippers and grip in general? You might find that if you do nothing for a week you can then come back and close the #4.

Thanks guys.

today's session

warmups - rb240 and wide set MM1

then

RH -

#3.5 negs and BFNs

Heavy VG work. Used 3 springs for negs.

Higher rep VG work

LH -

#3.5x2 small reps.

#4xgreat attempt (inverted) - best i have done. Hair off.

VG very heavy negs. 12,10,8 with 3 springs.

Higher reps VG work.

Extensor work.

By training every day i am getting closer to the #4. My grip improves faster by regular training. A week off and i lose my groove, so to speak.

Is it your plan to close that #4 inverted first and then work more on the regular style? Get the camera ready next time! ;)
