Arg the hot weather is back again! :cry Give me 6 degrees C rather than 26 degrees C any day!

Hey George,

I am in a gripper race (comp) on another board, we are pretty close in gripper strength want to start a separate thread and race to ...lets say..the BBSE?? Thats the gripper I am trying to race to on another board...might spice things up.

We can post our workouts and progress in that thread too along with our regular log?

Only trouble is it may take some time! :D I have closed my elite in a wide choker however I am mm away from closing it with a MM set with no choker. So very close really. I currently have my super Elite in a choker at about 1 1/4"

Are we talking a MM set close of the SE ?

Yes, no choker MM set..it will be a while for me also, although that is my current goal gripper. I am currently using my 2 13/16 flush monted BBSE in a clamp set at parallel...about 3/16 away from there is my best close thusfar...I am ending a KTA cycle so expect good things soon...keeping my fingers crossed.!!Video proof is necessary when done OK?

How many days a week do you train grippers normaly - When not doing KTA I mean?

I train 2 to three times a week. At the moment I am training for a push - pull meet so Ive gone to two sessions a week.

Oh yeah likewise, I dont want to see any slacking! :trout

Next workout for me is Saturday, I could Post/start the new log for us then or if you want to do it before hand thats OK.

OK Man Saturday is my last KTA workout..it can be my next post in the new log! You can set it up if you'd like that's fine. This should be fun and keep us on the "beam" !!

I will try to do grippers 3 times a week..next week lots of rest to let my hands heal up. Then WATCH OUT!!...lol..and Good Luck George!!

Palm out wards - very awkward- however how Joe Kinney trained. I cant actually close the handles up this way fully (even with an empy machine) The skin on my hands gets inbwetween the handles!

No its not. :trout I hope to make up for my "wet" grip training session this weekend. Training for powerlifting comp at the mo as well. Doing volume training at the mo and it works but it takes time!
