- your lefty is getting strong

- your pinch is better than mine

- your crush is better than mine RH, a bit less LH.

- your thick bar is much better than mine

- lever to nose: I don't know, but I'd guess you're a bit stronger, with all the bending you've been doing

- power clean: I should beat you there.

- FW: we'll see who has the best recuperation, after the long competition.

I think it will be close, but I honestly think you have a slight edge over me.

Well, that was a 3/4 lift then, because it was very close to lockout!

Stance is still a bit narrow, you can get more out of the legs Frank! Now it's pretty much a lot of lower back strength. Ass down!

Frontsquats are a good way of building legstrength for deadlifting.

And don't lift ur ass befor the barbell leaves the ground.

But solid fatbarstrength there!

I call them matchsticks. :D

I can't squat due to an injury in the adductor area.

DLs work somehow, probably because the bar is under the hip and therefor much less balance work has to be done.

Tried a 6.5" Edgin from 80°. That prekink was like 2 months old so the bolt was pretty well set.

Got it too 100° and that was it. :angry:

nice session.

A bit awkward to do those in the gym since I had to catch the barbell on her way down. Hurts a bit in the lower back.

Also did: hammer curls (2-handed), DB incline bench, shoulder press.

Did some bending on webcam tonight.

60D reverse and DU

G5 reverse and DU

5" G5 DU to 20°

G8 reverse only a small kink.

Need to get back into that stuff soon.

Ouch!

This morning my lower back and my left hand are totally messed up.

My left index is definately sprained, I'm applying lots of heat now.

Will be fun to do the Axle later the day. :mosher
