Bench Totally off Went up to 1x125kg Tried to do the workout sets and failed in the first one: 5x107.5 (instead of 6) session stopped. Grippers Pretty good Right: Up to GM x5,5 (PR) Left: Up to 2.5 x 4,3 (solid) afterwards a bit curling (biceps and wrists), back, shoulders. Forgot to mention that in my gripper session in the gym I started with my narrow Elite (MM1ish) and got a click out of it for the first time. Yesterday a lousy pinch session. Wondered why my wrists hurt that much til I remembered that I did levering the day before. Missed 87.5kg by 2" but my wrists felt very irritated so I called it a day. I'm rearranging my gym workouts (2->4 trainings days) and my nutrition (supplements) as well to finally overcome that 100kg BW barrier.
