Oh well.

Sick again.

Celebrated my birthday yesterday the wrong way. :tongue

Today Gym! :whacked

Bench

Totally off

Went up to 1x125kg

Tried to do the workout sets and failed in the first one:

5x107.5 (instead of 6) session stopped.

Grippers

Pretty good

Right:

Up to GM x5,5 (PR)

Left:

Up to 2.5 x 4,3 (solid)

afterwards a bit curling (biceps and wrists), back, shoulders.

And a lot of sparkling wine, an open bottle needed to be emptied, my head, ouch.

Forgot to mention that in my gripper session in the gym I started with my narrow Elite (MM1ish) and got a click out of it for the first time.

Heike closed the T in the gym for the first time and PRed on the bench: 10x25kg. Nice.

DU attempt of a 300kg Challenge bar: ~30° 300kg CB

rev. attempt of a 280kg challenge bar: ~20° (wish I had my right lever strength lefty)

still good for not training the rev. style at all lately since I want to increase my base strength first.

and impressive bending! I am going back into rev bending very soon. looking forward to it.

focus on pinch, rev bending, and supporting strength for a while.

The nice thing about getting older is how much easier it becomes to forget how old you are - and where you put stuff, and why you came into a room, and why I got into this post and........

Chris you are getting really old when you need your Gingkos to remember where you placed the Viagras.

Yesterday a lousy pinch session.

Wondered why my wrists hurt that much til I remembered that I did levering the day before. :trout

Missed 87.5kg by 2" but my wrists felt very irritated so I called it a day.

I'm rearranging my gym workouts (2->4 trainings days) and my nutrition (supplements) as well to finally overcome that 100kg BW barrier.

My bw this morning was 79 kg (before breakfast) so I´m ready for saturday. Good luck with your bw Flo!
