After all the PR's I just did the basic KTA plus 2 fingers. Want some recovery..haha going down to KTA volume for recovery..love that idea..

Just back after week off...Left hand seems stronger noticeably just missed closing the #3 by 1/4 LH...PR but missed with RH....

Lost 5 pounds in one week...but body fat dropped 2% so hopefully mostly fat loss.

Down to 230lbs.

I want to get consistent with the 3 and cert. I got sidetracked for over a week and I am just now coming back to conquer the three for MMO...I will probably start some pinching in my training at that time.

how consistent are you now to closing it? if you pick it up 10 times how many times will you get it?

With a good warmup.....3 times....I need to workout consistently with no breaks for a while.

This was by far my hardest workout ever in strength and endurance, when I was done could only close the HG250 to 3/4...I usually straphold with this one.

Hands were fried after ponies but pushed further..purposely did the Chokers and Smooth outs after hands fried to really push the envelope. Could just barely make the levers. My best workout ever

I was sweating bullets!!! Thought about this workout all day...psyching myself up!!

This whole workout was a PR to me.....man this is so much mental attitude!

Lots of increases today..first finally filed my #2, been needing to do that. Used filed #2 on SH for RH and for OC's LH...Great. Also increased gripper for LH SH's to filed HG250. RH OC's increased to BBSM in clamp...not bad..the #2 was simply way too easy. Goal gripper attempts added clamp work with BBE and BBSM...Happy Today!! Shipped my 2004 #3 to Josh for assessment of strength..
