Notes After all the PR's I just did the basic KTA plus 2 fingers. Want some recovery..haha going down to KTA volume for recovery..love that idea.. I got sidetracked for over a week and I am just now coming back to conquer the three for MMO...I will probably start some pinching in my training at that time.
