It took a lot out of me to complete this. I hope with proper rest that I am even stronger...my strength was there by my closes..just didn't feel strong. I tell you what P.D. sometimes I feel bad going into a workout and do PR's I think it's a case of your mind isn't ready but your body is I say if my body can do it, then let my mind follow when those PR's come rolling. Congrats on the #3 x 5 reps and closing all of them. Closing the 2004 #3 braced or not is sweet...that thing feels like a brick After some rest don't worry P.D. you will get strong.
