Congrats on your PR's and in reppin the #3 and doing a 20 sec. OC with the HG 400. I can't wait to read the rest of your workouts on the way to certing! Go get that MM0 cert!

This workout made no sense to me....I did well with the grippers..but was actually tired and not full of energy. It took a lot out of me to complete this. I hope with proper rest that I am even stronger...my strength was there by my closes..just didn't feel strong.

PD, I love your workout set ups. You really did make your own program and it looks tough. I tell you what P.D. sometimes I feel bad going into a workout and do PR's I think it's a case of your mind isn't ready but your body is :laugh I say if my body can do it, then let my mind follow when those PR's come rolling.

Congrats on the #3 x 5 reps and closing all of them. Closing the 2004 #3 braced or not is sweet...that thing feels like a brick :yikes After some rest don't worry P.D. you will get strong. Looking at your workout how can your body not get strong ;)
