DLK
Nice work with the close. Even if it was anchored.
pdoire
Nice work with the close. Even if it was anchored. ← Yeah, Thanks, feels kind of weird even mentioning it because of the anchor. My palms are healing from two torn callouses right next to each other. But the close did happen...not official like I said.

DLK
What kinda of new program are you starting?
pdoire
What kinda of new program are you starting? ← It will be a 5 week program that I designed for myself incorporating some of KTA techniques and exercises along with a heavy focus on Kinney Negs. It will still have KTA's volume but on only 2 days a week allowing more rest. I will need it because the program starts at 50 reps a week and works up to 80 reps a week in 4 weeks...half of those workouts will be forced negs..ala Kinney The fifth week will be a Goal Gripper Attempt week done every other day..backing off on the negs and focusing on closing the new Goal Gripper!! The workouts will be broken into 2 workouts daily the neg workout and the Oc's and SH's.
DLK
Sounds interesting. I have the book and I know how he works up then back down with the negatives. I might have to give something like that a try after I test out KTA.
