The tape is protecting the knurling, thats where the hose clamp sits.

neuro adaptation needs to happen again

NC's 325 (2,8,12) These were hard to hold

OC's #2 5 secs RH HG 150 20 seconds LH

10 pony negs with medium clamp

25 Powerweb Extensors

50 ball rotations

Contast bath followed by hand icing till numb...felt good.

I will be getting better it is like there is stored up energy in my hands dying to come out!!!

Great Day for me...I am pleased with the results..always good to

set PR's even if not with dominant hand!!

Second day back from overtraining. Hands were very sore

going into this workout...seems as i did more and the hands warmed

up I got stronger. This isn't the first time this has happened. Maybe because

my hands are so sore all the time they need the warmup.

Hope this gets better as I get more accustomed to gripping.

Was having shitty workout anyway as far as Goal Gripper gap..but ripped my right palm open on GG attempt...taped and continued. Gripper seems to be getting harder...it is annoying me...now injured...day off tomorrow...three weeks left of KTA..feel like times running out to close the *&^$%^ BBSM!!!

I do know that on KTA many times you get weaker before

you get stronger...with the injury and all...pissed me off, that's all!!

Keep up the good work!How do you rate your hg250?

I rate it at about a 1.8....BBM a little harder, if not harder than

the #2...about 1.8 HG 250, 1.95-2.05 BBM, then the 2

Notes:

PR's galore.

This workout was done with athletic tape on both hands because of injury

to right palm ...and near injury to left. It was inhibiting at least..tape kept

sliding on the harder efforts and was shredding...strings hanging...looked cool

but man I had to retape the right hand twice. No further injury..right palm

where callous ripped off still sore.

Tried HG 300 on last GG attempt...surprised to miss by only a 1/4". It is close

to my BBSM but a bit tougher...has 2 1/4" spread versus BBSM 2 3/4" spread.

Great workout...Happy camper.

The first day you start getting weaker is the first day you let your desire start to die.

And that goes for everything in life, not just grip.

politics or religion)....Well...I have Passion of the Paul!!!

I eat, sleep, and dwell on these grippers daily. I will MASTER them..not the

other way around...not by a long shot.

We choose who we serve...and who serves us..and the #3 will serve me.

I choked the BBSM ...2 more tries....1/16 and I CLOSED IT!!!! PR

So psyched tried 5th attempt HG 300...1/16 PR!!

LH #2 clicked it x 2 ..missed 1/16, 1/16, 1/8 PR

RH #2 10 secs...click and hold..felt easy

LH HG 250 7-10 secs

RH HG 250 15lbs...11-15 secs ...only one was 11..others 15

LH HG 200 15bs....5-7 secs.. still a struggle with this hand...coordination

Closed the BBSM...in a choker...but considereing the hole in my hand...I will

take it. Set from choker a bit wider than parallel.Thought I closed it about a week and a half ago? This time for sure.

Almost got the HG300 missed by 1/16"..THIS IS MY NEW GOAL GRIPPER!!

This will make third goal adjustment!!!!

To close the #3 before my birthday. I just started gripping and yesterday I tried a #3 for the first time and got it a little under 1/2" and to 1/4" in a choker set to par. I am 17 right now.

Wow, you are off to a good start and at an early age too...a bonus. If you

are seeing that much difference from non choking to choking the gripper

you may not be setting it right without the choker..or not setting it as deeply as the choker does for you. Before I injured my hand I got the same gap

with or without the choker. Work on a deep set and a really explosive close,

that may help and good luck with your goals.
