Last week did mixed grip 370 x 4 was my highlight, that's it, nothing great, and 330 x 1 squat.

mixed grip, alternate grip every rep- 389 x 2, load and lift, 399 1.5- x 1. failed rep two, went right back in and smoked it.
Anyone like Bass, this is some great bass playing from Scott Thunes- guy built like Frankenstein, actually this whole album is bass dominated, all Zappa stuff is anyway but there is something very special about this one, along with the 80's lineup-
This year I’d like to re-attempt a blue nail personal best, as many reps as possible in one go. I’d like to bend to completion above 60 blue nails in one go. No rest in between, then when I fail I stop. I still measure each one and count only the ones that are totally completed. This is mainly for testing purposes
Been doing extra work at the start of my Trilobite sessions, for instance I did 65lbs for 116 reps. I go up and down a ladder system usually but sometimes I stick to lighter weight, lighter than this weight
