John Knowlton Posted May 9 Share Posted May 9 They are 40 pounds each,two handles on each one. One side is a 2 inch handle. The other side is a one inch handle. A friend of mine just made them . he made three sets, one for the gym one for him and one for me. they are still hot from welding.
