06/08/2024, Saturday, 9:45pm Hey there guys! Sadly I have not done my first workout yet, but I honestly have just been really busy. Me and the wife are nesting hard, just getting ready for the baby next Monday. Just a ton of cleaning/putting together last minute baby stuff. We feel very prepared for her, and I really am just ready. I’m really looking forward to meet her. I think part of me is so excited because the first 9 months or so after my son was born, was just a really good time for me. A lot of growth/happiness for sure. I haven’t had any adderall since Monday (and I only had 40 mg TOTAL on Monday, a literal fraction of my normal daily doses). Probably been the longest I’ve gone without it in almost two years. And to be honest, I’ve been way more productive than I had been for a while (at the doses I was taking, it kinda had the opposite effect on me, was very energetic/scatterbrained, couldn’t focus for nothing haha). My anxiety has been really high I will say, but that’s to be expected, and probably something I will deal with for quite some time coming off of them. But I’ve just been staying busy, and overall I felt pretty good. Couldn’t ask to be going any better tbh, albeit the generalized anxiety. Today was a great day too. Me and my wife just made it all about the kids. We took them to a local amusement park (beach bend in Bowling Green, KY, if anyone is familiar), kind of our last outing as a family of four type things. After we got home and we all took a rest/nap, we finished out the daylight playing outside, cooked brownies, and played a board game. We just got them in bed, it was long day, but so worth it. I love my kids so much, I’m so lucky. But I promise, tomorrow I’m going to do my first workout! I feel like daily physical activity is gonna be vital to my recover. Just wanted to post, let it be known I’m still gonna start haha. Just gonna be figuring out my starting weights for squat, overhead press, and deadlift. Probably figure out starting weights for bench and barbell rows (sorry, not doing power cleans until I find someone perversion to teach me, I actually hurt my elbow really bad back in the first time doing them incorrectly, actually had surgery on it about two years ago because of that) on Monday, then get into a MWF routine for lifting. Well that’s it for now, I’ll post my first workout report tomorrow night (cause you have to wait a day in between post). Thanks guys!

I can’t confirm it closed. Looks a tiny bit off…either way it’s a good bet he’s going to be there soon. the card sat a little on the inside top portion of the handles, so it’s definitely a tad off of official width.

Because of the way the ends of the handles are, I find it much easier to judge  “live” than on video. My being a “live” witness history is, as follows: Mike Burke, 2013, on the Number 4: Fail. Way off, injured his hand in the process Amy Wattles, 2014?, Number 2.5: Fail, about 1/8th inch off Alexey T, 2015?, Number 3.5: Fail, about 1/12th inch off Evan Hannsman, Number 3: Close, good Cert. He was holding it closed for a long time, and, at some point, SCREAMS: “It doesn’t go any further!!” He was right. But I learned by that is that sometimes I think it is HARDER to successfully Cert on Video, than it is in person. When it is real close, you can play it back and pick it apart on video, coming up with some reason to reject it. Live, one way or another, you have to make a decison    I am curious about others here. I say the credit card set would not pass, but did the handles touch? I think they initially did, but parted the tiniest bit after they touched. I am glad those three Certs were as off as they were, as I wouldn’t have to be  criticized one way or another on this Forum until the end of time.
