      yes, the 71 is a beast. I need to come up with something. I have a couple Ideas.

      Not sure what your "goals" are and what you're training besides grippers.  "To me" it seems like an awful lot of volume - if the goal is improved one rep max - I'll venture a guess your training is not optimal for that goal.  As a VERY general rule you want most of your training to be between 70 to 80% of your one rep max - not just in grip but pretty much everything.  And for way fewer reps than it looks like you are using. As to the dry hands.  I've been rock climbing for 40 years now and my hands live in chalk - and creams are OK at best.  To really address your issue you should address the skin issue from the inside - meaning added oils to your diet - this was what sorted out my skin problems.  Try shots (like a shot glass) of Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Flax Oil - Fish Oil etc.  Do one a day - then2 - 3 etc. until you start feeling "greasy" or your bowels rebel.  Then back off - for me at least this was the cure to my problems - your skin will thank you.

Got rained off & felt nothing like training but managed to muster up some energy. Having to work around my busted right knee. Had nearly rehabbed it & managed to tweak it again on Friday at work. Been struggling all wkend with it. Setting the box high meant it only hit my quads & not my knees. Felt them . Prone Row as I can’t deadlift because of my knee. Prones hit quite nicely. Looking forward to getting stronger at these.    Axle same as usual. Rh nit overly happy but got it done .   Pinch is getting better slowly.    Time to rest up & do some stretches for my knee.

      Thanks Kurt! Yeah...I didn't want to oversell it.  Maybe got "shin high" OK. Now the hard part is waiting a bit before rolling it out again...🙄
