Can’t believe my big sis is 40. 90s theme and I wanted to be Monica Lewinskys infamous blue dress but it would probably offend people. Not that I care. instead I found a old business shirt of my pops from the 90s so that and a DARE ruler.

I've been thinking the same, I may switch some things up. I was doing a deck yesterday and I am not as agile as I used to be climbing around the joists.    What are you doing under somebodys house?

Thanks. I got the 60 mm one for now because I think I can train more often and with heavier weight on it. The 80 mm seems too large but I would like to compare scores of Ironmind versus what I get but for now I'll train on the 60mm. My hands are about 20 cm long so maybe the 80 wouldn't be a problem though. Is there a world record also for the 60mm blocks?

Somewhat more narrow and then mount. But I don’t want to make any of the MM grippers by going narrow. I want to achieve the final strengths with the other specs and normal mount.

The IronMind Block dimensions are 6" x 3" x 6", so about 76.2mm wide.  And that's what I've typically seen listed in competitions, such as this year's King Kong Challenge.  Hope that helps...
