Had a Xinyi Wanjia 450 come through rate and return. Here are some stats! The gripper dropped a bit of spread on the very first rep. It was close to 70 mm to start and then immediately became 63 mm and stayed there. The spring seems to be roughly 9 mm. I measured it at 0.360" which does not have an exact millimeter equivalent, but I'm kind of assuming this is mm stock. The coil ID was roughly 30 mm. Again, I measured it at roughly 1.198" but I'm assuming it's actually a millimeter spec. The gripper rated 302! -

Desease threw me back a lot in my progress. Dyno shows 92kg for my right hand now. Very sad 🥲 Training session 11 May SG Platinum unrated Wide Set( CSS spread) 3 reps x 20 sets. Total: 60 reps. Two attacks was performed. First was 13 sets, then rest, and finally 7 sets yet. -

I am not aware of a 60mm pinch block record list. I checked the North American Grip Sport top 100, Canada Grip Sport Records, and Arm Lifting USA Leaderboard. They all seem to list the IronMind block. Closest alternative I could find was The Flask which is 2.25" (57.15mm). But that mounts directly to the loading pin rather than using a carabiner, so it's not an exact comparison. Perhaps there are vendor record lists out there or other organizations. I didn't do an exhaustive search...just the main records lists in the United States. -
